2. Physical Prints

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

3. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been printed or a digital file delivered. If your order hasn’t been printed yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.
