We want you to love your Wildfield Prints purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right — while keeping things simple and clear.
1. Digital Downloads
Because our digital products are available instantly after purchase, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been sent.
If you have trouble accessing your file or there’s a technical issue, please contact us at [Your Email] and we’ll help you get it sorted quickly.
2. Physical Prints
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
3. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been printed or a digital file delivered.
If your order hasn’t been printed yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping (if required) will be covered by us in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
For any other approved return, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

6. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders (including name prints, hair/skin tone changes, or other made-to-order designs) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
