You will receive 5 .JPG files.

The names of the files are referring to the aspect ratios and not the actual print size.

Here are the different aspect ratios and the print sizes they convert into:

- 4:5 aspect ratio file for sizes: 4"x5", 8"x10", 16"x20", 40x50cm
- 3:4 aspect ratio file for sizes: 6"x8", 9"x12", 12"x16", 18"x24"
- 2:3 aspect ratio file for sizes: 4"x6", 6"x9", 8"x12", 10"x15", 12"x18", 16"x24", 20"x30", 24"x36", 60x90cm
- International paper size file (5:7 ratio) for: 5"x7", A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, 50x70cm
- Exclusive file for printing 11"x14"

No, but in rare cases, where it makes sense to have it in our shop, we can accomodate your request and will add it as a new listing in our shop.

There are a number of options, but here are the most common options:

1. Print from your home or office printer
2. Upload your files online to a store like Mpix.com or Shutterfly.com
3. Email your files to a local print shop.

Due to Etsy's file size limitations, you will receive a PDF file with a link to Google Drive where you can download them.
