1. Digital Downloads
Because your digital files are delivered by email once you approve your proof, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after the file has been sent. If you have trouble accessing your file or there’s a technical issue, please contact us at support@wildfieldprints.com and we’ll help you get it sorted quickly.
2. Physical Prints
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
3. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been printed or a digital file delivered. If your order hasn’t been printed yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.

The budget-friendly pick. Once you’ve approved your design, you’ll get a download link with 5 high-res files that print in 25 different sizes. Print them as often as you like. Just download them within 90 days, because the link stops working after that.

Questions about your custom prints
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your dog's face is sharp and fills a good part of the picture. Daylight and eye level work best. Avoid blurry, dark or far-away shots. More photos help: upload up to 6 from different angles, and we use all of them to get the markings and expression right.
What if my photo isn't good enough?
We check every photo before we start. If it's too blurry, dark or small, we'll email you a link to upload a new one, and your order carries on from there.
When will I see my design?
Your proof arrives by email within [X] business days of receiving a usable photo.
What if I don't love it?
Nothing is printed or delivered until you approve it. If something isn't right, like the markings, ears or expression, tell us on your proof page and we'll fix it. Two rounds of changes are free. If it's still not right after that, our owner will look at it personally.
Which option should I choose — Digital Download, unframed or framed?
Both options work well — it just depends on what feels easiest for you.
If you prefer something simple and ready to hang, the Printed & Shipped option is the most convenient. We use high-quality archival matte paper, the colours print beautifully, and it arrives at your door quickly with no extra steps on your end.
If you like flexibility or want a more affordable route, the Digital Download is a great choice.

What kind of paper do you use for shipped prints?
